Hi, I’m Stephanie—a wife, mother, nurse practitioner, and proud owner of SOAR Wellness.
Originally from a small town in Indiana, I moved around quite a bit growing up—calling Texas, Washington, Georgia, and eventually New Mexico home since 1993. Each place shaped my journey, but it was in New Mexico that I truly found my purpose.
My journey into medicine wasn’t a straight line. I actually started in a different field altogether, but after years of feeling unfulfilled, I made the leap into medicine in 2008. By 2012 I had landed in the ER where I learned grit, grace under pressure, and how to manage disease, but not restore health.
In 2018, I discovered my true calling: combining aesthetics with wellness to help people feel as good as they look. I started small-treating patients from my home, then grew into a one-room suite inside a primary care office. Today, SOAR Wellness lives in a beautiful space inside the Shops at Los Ranchos, where our mission is clear: to help you heal from the inside out.
I’m so proud of the incredible team here at SOAR, and I’m grateful every day to do what I love: help people feel like the best version of themselves.
What set this journey in motion wasn’t just a love of skincare or injections-it was the moment I realized that many aesthetic patients were also struggling with fatigue, weight issues, bad skin, and chronic stress. That’s when I began blending aesthetics with functional medicine, creating a space where beauty and biology work hand-in-hand.

Hi! I’m Amairani—Health Counselor, Esthetician, and passionate advocate for helping others feel their best, inside and out.
Originally from Juarez, Chihuahua, I’ve called New Mexico home since I was four years old. From a young age, I knew I wanted to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. That dream became a reality when I graduated as a Medical Assistant in 2023 and completed my clinical training at SOAR Wellness—where I instantly fell in love with the world of medical aesthetics and wellness.
Joining the SOAR team felt like stepping into the future I had always imagined. Inspired to deepen my skills, I went on to earn my esthetician license through Adorabella Beauty Academy, allowing me to blend my medical training with my passion for skincare. Now, I’m proud to provide thoughtful, personalized care to each client I serve.
Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself.
But this is just the beginning. I’m currently working toward becoming a nurse so I can continue expanding the ways I support our patients on their health and wellness journeys.
When I’m not at SOAR, I’m a proud mom to two incredible boys who are my biggest inspiration. They remind me daily to dream big, work hard, and lead with heart.

Practice Manager
Hello! I’m Nicole Cruze—SOAR Wellness’s Practice Manager and a proud esthetician with a deep passion for people, purpose, and personal growth.
With over 30 years of experience spanning leadership, law enforcement, and wellness, I’ve had a truly dynamic career. I’m also a proud mom to two amazing grown sons and a devoted grandmother—roles that bring immense joy and purpose to my life.
Originally from a small town in Indiana, my path has taken me across the country—from Texas and Mississippi to Washington, Hawaii, Illinois, and now, the beautiful landscapes of New Mexico, where I happily settled in 2023. You could say I have a bit of a wanderer’s spirit, always seeking connection, adventure, and growth.
My professional journey began in public service. After earning my Associate’s Degree in Political Science, I entered the field of law enforcement. I proudly served the State of Washington, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons—eventually rising through the ranks to supervise high-performance teams. Those years instilled in me a deep commitment to leadership, accountability, and operational excellence.
What drives me every day is creating an environment where both our staff and patients can thrive.
Later in life, my long-standing interest in beauty and wellness inspired me to pursue my esthetician license. After retiring from federal service, I followed that passion to SOAR Wellness—first as an esthetician, and now as Practice Manager. This role has allowed me to combine my strengths in team leadership and patient-centered care, and I’m honored to help guide our practice with heart and vision.
