Hi, I’m Stephanie—a wife, mother, nurse practitioner, and founder of SOAR Wellness.

Originally from a small town in Indiana, I moved around quite a bit growing up—calling Texas, Washington, Georgia, and eventually New Mexico home since 1993. Each place shaped my journey, but it was in New Mexico that I truly found my purpose.

My journey into medicine wasn’t a straight line.  I actually started in a different field altogether, but after years of feeling unfulfilled, I made the leap into medicine in 2008.  By 2012 I had landed in the ER where I learned grit, grace under pressure, and how to manage disease, but not restore health.

In 2018, I discovered my true calling: combining aesthetics with wellness to help people feel as good as they look.  I started small-treating patients from my home, then grew into a one-room suite inside a primary care office.  Today, SOAR Wellness lives in a beautiful space inside the Shops at Los Ranchos, where our mission is clear: to help you heal from the inside out.

What set this journey in motion wasn’t just a love of skincare or injections-it was the moment I realized that many aesthetic patients were also struggling with fatigue, weight issues, bad skin, and chronic stress.  That’s when I began blending aesthetics with functional medicine, creating a space where beauty and biology work hand-in-hand.

Whether you’re here for Botox or bioidentical hormones, exosomes or energy, microbiome health or metabolic repair, peptides or as you can see I can go on and on – I can’t wait to welcome you to SOAR.

Hello! I’m Nicole Cruze—SOAR Wellness’s Front Office Manager and a proud esthetician with a deep passion for people, purpose, and personal growth.

With over 30 years of experience spanning leadership, law enforcement, and wellness, I’ve had a truly dynamic career. I’m also a proud mom to two amazing grown sons and a devoted grandmother—roles that bring immense joy and purpose to my life.

Originally from a small town in Indiana, my path has taken me across the country—from Texas and Mississippi to Washington, Hawaii, Illinois, and now, the beautiful landscapes of New Mexico, where I happily settled in 2023. You could say I have a bit of a wanderer’s spirit, always seeking connection, adventure, and growth.

My professional journey began in public service. After earning my Associate’s Degree in Political Science, I entered the field of law enforcement. I proudly served the State of Washington, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons—eventually rising through the ranks to supervise high-performance teams. Those years instilled in me a deep commitment to leadership, accountability, and operational excellence.

Later in life, my long-standing interest in beauty and wellness inspired me to pursue my esthetician license. After retiring from federal service, I followed that passion to SOAR Wellness—first as an esthetician, and now managing the front office. This role has allowed me to combine my strengths in team leadership and patient-centered care, and I’m honored to help guide our practice with heart and vision.
